D  horizontal multistage centrifugal pump:


D horizontal multistage centrifugal pump adopts the principle of centrifugation and the hydraulic model of energy-saving products. D,DG pump is a multistage, segmental centrifugal fresh water pump, which is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities. D,DG horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is used for conveying the fresh /clean water or other similar liquids without solid particles and abrasive matter. The pumped clean water does not contain the suspended matter. The temperature of the transferred liquid is from -20℃ to 80℃.

Structure characteristics

1. Pump shell: the pump shell is mainly connected with bearing, front section, middle section, back section and guide vane with bolts. The inlet line of the front section is horizontal, and the middle line of the outlet of the back section is horizontal and vertical.

2, rotor part: the rotor part is mainly composed of bearing and installed on the shaft impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and bushing nuts so that they are integrated with the shaft. The whole rotor is supported on the pump shell by both ends of the bearing. The number of impeller of the rotor part is determined according to the series of the pump.

3. Bearing part: the d-type pump bearing has two types: sliding bearing and rolling bearing, depending on the type, which do not bear axial force. The rotor part shall be allowed to swim axially in the pump shell during operation. Centripetal bearing shall not be used.

4. Pump sealing: the sealing surface between the front, middle and back sections of the pump shall be sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease, and the rotor part and the fixed part shall be sealed by the sealing ring, guide vane sleeve and packing. When the wear degree of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the work and performance of the pump, it shall be replaced in time.

5. Balancing mechanism: the balancing mechanism is composed of a balancing ring, a balancing disc and a balancing sleeve. The balancing mechanism is used to balance the axial force of the pump.
